Failing to debit my acc on time

My name is Dumisani Makanya ID *** i took 2 loans loans from you and you where suppose to debit from my account on the 15th of April but you never did then i get a call from one of your consultants saying because you did debit the acc i must pay the amount in your bank account, when i ask for details she said she will send it by sms am still waiting for that sms even now, when i login on my acc its saying i failed to pay on time, how is it that i failed but you are the ones who didn't debit my acc, if there are any penalties who must pay😡this is so unprofessional on your part
