Failed Systems

<p>Just about had enough now. This company will phone you 7 times a day every day and no matter how many times you try to communicate to them or send them documentation they just never update their systems. I get calls at the moment where the call centre agent start the scrypt read and as they read on they start to answer themselves and then eventually hang up...</p> <p>Besides that being very entertaining the part that gets to me. The company is not aware of the payment arrangements they made. And keep telling me they have not receieved payment even though I tried to forward them the proof of payment yet another of their systems that does not get updated. Problem is they keep trying to debit my bank accounts and this is costing a fortune with bank charges.</p> <p> </p> <p>Call centre agents just hang up rude when you try to communicate this to them...</p>
