Extremely Pathetic Poor Customer Service

I have made calls since the 26th of February 2022 costing me so R170 to have my number changed on mobi app I have followed all your instructions I have asked to speak to a manager never get called back email prof and screensvrpaes of my issue to your email deot all they says is call customer care to speak to a manager manager is never available. I complained on Hello Peter promised someone would call me back to date I have made 4 calls again since then and no one is bothered to assist me.
