extremely bad service

<p>i took a loan with fin choice, and have been paying on a monthly basisi, i then decided to settle the account, i called and they gave me a settlement amount amount in august, i paid in full and they said their system couldnt pick up payments, they eventually got the payment but still kept sending me arrears aamount smses, i recently found that they never updated thier credit bereu status in my name its red. </p> <p> </p> <p>i calle dand they gave me a sttlement letter, i recieved it ,now i get smses to say i owe them and when i call they say they can see my payment.</p> <p>fin choice is very bad and doesnt know how to handle clients, its bad bad bad.</p> <p>now i cnt buy anything on credit becuase of them.</p>
