External Debt Collector

Good day Greetings to you hope all is well the reason why I gave a one start rating is because I have a loan with finchoice and I feel that I took out this agreement with finchoice and not a 3rd party etc (Mbd collectors) my agreement is between me and finchoice and I have a grief that Mbd phones me and demands me to pay the last call I received the consultant advised me than I must just speak to the attorneys unfortunately I don't have an agreement with Mbd and it's attorneys and I will not pay a cent to to 3rd party if finchoice don't contact me to make a suitable payment arrangement than I shall contact my attorneys as well sas this agreement is between me and finchoice and nobody else

I can pay my accounts but please stop asking MBD to contact me the people are rude they have no customer service skills and I will not deal with them unless it's the credit provider itself.
