Exremely unprofessional

Absolutely ***********, they are very quick to give you loans but when you try to solve your payments it becomes a really big issue. They have people calling you and harassing you to the point where I believe it can be regarded as verbual abuse. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. DO NOT MAKE LOANS WITH THEM. They also keep on debiting from accounts that are no longer in use and to which yhey have no authority, resulting in banking fees of over R500 because THEY DO NOT CARE TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER.
