Experian account status not updated as paid up.
My account was handed over to Creditworx for collection. I settled the account and got a paid up letter from Creditworx on the 23/06/2021 still to date Finchoice has not updated my credit profile with Experian, the account is still remaining as outstanding. Can someone please update my credit profile with Experian.
