Early Repayment not updated on the system
Good Day
I repaid my mobimoney loan in full 3 weeks early. Only to find that on your system it still says i have and installment due on the 20th of June and my "withdrawal" amont still hasnt been updated.
Im being told that theres nothing anyone can do because you need to "wait for the system to update on its own".
Its been a week now and im findiing this to be quitr ridiculous.
