drops call instead of assisting
I called your call centre @ 13:58 A Nosipho answered and because it was hometime she dropped the call in my ear instead of just giving me my reference number to make payment..... . Rude thing....<br> <br> I will be going for surgery 18/01/2016 and cannot speak telephonically until 20/01/2016.<br> <br> Please can you email me a settlement letter to my email : [Email Removed] and cc [Email Removed] and [Email Removed]
