Don't Take money from finchoice you'll regret it.

I am really disappointed with finchoice's service , they debited money on my account which settles my debt to them on the 20th of December 2021, only to find out a month later on the 19th of Jan 2022 they never updated their system, and if I check the credit bureau the account is active and I am still owing, on their mini statement there is an interest added on the 31st of Dec 2021, but I settled on the 20th of Dec how is that even possible, their consultants are a clueless bunch who only know how to ask KYC questions that all, I am really ****ed because this will affect my credit rating .
