Do not use this business!

1. Do not take a loan with this company, no matter how desperate you are! 2. I had/have a MobiMoney and 24 month personal loan, paid via EFT (and not debit order), email proof of payment every month to the email address provided but the receipting is always wrong! 3. I recently requested a settlement letter and paid in full but then after receipting, there was a "balance", after numerous calls and emails, whereby I was advised the matter was already escalated, I still did not receive feedback or a recon of accounts as I am of the opinion I've paid in full. 4. I now get "automatic" calls from the collections department who only after the call is connected will see that the matter is escalated but advise the account is in arrears.

Looking at the reviews on this site and the responses from the company its evident it's generic replies and their customers mean nothing.
