DO NOT USE FINCHOICE

I have app**** for a loan, completed the documents and approved debicheck, was told within 48 hours it will be finalised, DID NOT HAPPEN!!!! Each day after the 48 hours I followed up about twice daily, calls and emails. Each time they say the relevant department will call me back, each time I am told they tried to call me but no answer, only 1 call was received and missed. Now a week later still no feedback or a callback after each callback request escalation after emails and whatsapps are just empty promises each time. It seems like they use a callback as excuse and just dont finalise the loan payment, but proceed to deduct monies as debicheck was approved prior to their finalization call back. I will NOT recommend this Company AT ALL.
