I am so disappointed with this institution I have paid a lump sum with an aim to settle the account . The amount that was left behind was less than R200 as per their settlement letter. They went over and above to debit me R1079 . Which was not planned withing my budget . Now I am unable to travel due to their negligence. I want my money to be reversed by close of business today . Otherwise I will take this further to Ombudsman as I have suffered financial damage. I had to borrow money so that I can make arrangements for other debit order .

21 Dec 2023, 21:54Finchoice did it again , you never stop disappointing, after the reversal I was debited R870 why was I debited that because your settlement says something different, I hate this institution with everything in me . Please refund my money and close that account
