Do not recommend

Wrongfully handed over to VVM collectors (AFTER) making a payment on the date agreed upon. Sent proof of settlement to VVM collectors and then myself, family members and employer started being harassed by Saya recoveries on a daily basis regardless of sending them proof of settlement five times. I was also told that I have to cover expenses incurred with them (Saya recoveries) amounting to roughly 3k despite not knowing who they are or enlisting their services by any means.

I have sent multiple emails to Finchoice asking to rectify their wrong and have not received any responses whatsoever over the course of TWO MONTHS. Yet marketing emails can be sent out with ease.

I received another email today from Saya recoveries stating that a sheriff meeting has been arranged to serve me legal documentation to order salary garnishment over debt that has been settled for months. I once again sent an email to the Finchoice legal department (as I have done countless times) and I am convinced that there still won't be any responses.

Even though the amounts settled show on the statement provided on the web portal, hardly any of it was deducted from the claimed "amount owed" Two months (going on three) of constant daily harassment and threats towards my workplace and family as a reward for using your services and paying on the agreed date. And I am expected to place trust in them with my life insurance policy. No thank you.

Rather refrain and find another company that is trust worthy and show a shred of professionalism.
