Do not borrow from finchoice they are unproffesional

Finchoice has got to be the most unprofessional lending institution to ever borrow from..due to the national lockdown most of us are not working and barely surviving due to no income yet they hound you daily with calls for payment..I have told the consultant the first time that we can make arrangements to pay of the loans once the crisis is over and I'm back earning a wage again and in also sent a email to them stating the same yet i get calls daily from their consultants demanding payment..of they took the time to see that my accounts were paid on time before this crisis they would know why it has not been paid now as I am not getting a salary at the moment so where do I pull money from to pay..seriously a very twisted company to deal with as they have no compassion to what is going on in the country and how its affecting us their clients..sorry finchoice but wake up to the fact that many of your clients are suffering out here during this time and train your damn consultants to put down what's said so we dont get people calling us everyday asking the same ****** things..yourl say the calls are recorded so what's the issue then..
