Disgusting Service

Most Pathetic service I have ever received and I am really disgusted by it as I had an account with them which they handed over my account to nimble. the account was paid up in December but yet here I am still struggling to remove my name from the credit bureau I keep going back and forth as it seems to me that the damn agents don't know what their job purpose is it has been 7 months already and still my name still appears that this account is not paid up please can this be removed today from the bureau as I cannot apply for anything because of this stupid account reflecting bad under my name!!!! I cannot get a home loan, car finance or open any other damn account because of their disgusting and useless customer service!!!!
