Disgusting customer service!

I have a loan with Finchoice and currently in arrears of which I want to settle asap. I called finchoice today and I spoke to 4 of thier agents in the collections department.

All 4 agents namely - Siphokazi, Ayanda and Sethu I forgot to take the 4th name . I was advised that my account has been handed over to the legal department and I was provided with the DCC number that is not working.

I called the collections department numerous times to inform them that the number is incorrect however the above agents gave me attitude and kept on hanging up on me without any assistance. I called again twice and requested to speak to their supervisor but my calls were dropped.

Is this the Customer service that fin choice give to their clients that are willing to settle their debts ? Am I supposed to refer clients to such a company that has no values and lacks morale?

The customer service is disgusting it says a lot about the employees there.

How are we expected to pay if we are getting ****ty service? is it fair?

I was advised that all calls are recorded and I am sure that what I am talking about QA(Quality assurance team ) will listen to the calls and do what is necessary . I am ****ed by the service I received today!
