Disguisting Service!!!!!!

I app**** for a loan on the 13th of Feb 2015. The agent took my details and said no problem you qaulify and the money will be in your account within 24hours. Later the day I get a SMS, they need my banking details. No problem I then send it. Monday the 16th I phone and ask how far are you as the money is not in the account yet. Only to be told sorry we are waiting on your documents. I then send it through 5 times. Phone again later the day and told no I we still waiting on it. I since spoke to Sipelo, Darren, Tulani, Felcio, Nandeo, Sipho, Mariska, Pamela, Melissa, Kanye and then the supervisor Cristal. She promised phone back but everytime I must phone her back. Now today the 18th I am told the application was cancelled and they must redo it! Every person I spoke to told me a different story. From there is a delay in payouts to we are working on it to sorry it got cancelled. The service is pathetic !! The amount of money I spend on phone calls to the call centre is ridculas! On Tuesday the 17th I phoned the call centre was CLOSED!!!!
