Disgraceful

This is the second time that my husband I are applying for a loan. It gets approved and all supporting documentation gets uploaded. The company's turnaround time is 24hours, yet after 24hours their app has not updated. When you call them for assistance their agents are disrespectful and unable to provide information. Their only "feedback" each and every time is, "it's still in progress". 2 weeks after an approved application, no payout yet we have had to approve de*****ecks and when you call... "It's in progress". This is by far the most unprofessional company. So disheartening to know that nothing their platform vows todo,are they able todo.
