Disappointing service

Been with Finchoice for years and no issues up until last week. App**** 7 days ago. They asked to submit docs which I did, same day on watsapp and email and now 6 days later not a word or correspondence from them. Leaving you hanging,,, not knowing approved or not approved. Where has the professionalism and swift response gone. Very disappointing to say the least.
