Disappointed
You do not even deserve that 1 star I gave, I fail to understand what makes it difficult to send me my paid up letters. At this point I am tired of calling because your consultants are are skilled in lying, I even sent proof of payments still nothing, I am truly in disbelief of such service a mere paid up letter. Utterly disappointed!
