Hi please could someone explain as to why you advertise we may skip a payment in hard times as long as you've made a payment but when I want to do it it declines. I have been a loyal customer for over a year but for some reason this month I can't skip a payment nor do I have any funds available can someone please explain this my ID is ********** 306083
