Demanding more money after settlement amount has been paid.

Dwarf Finchoice please stop calling me. I have already settled the 6 months flexi loan I had with you. Please update your records and leave me alone. You guys have stressed and arranged me for way too long now. I've sent multiple emails to your collections department and never received a single response from them but they keep harassing me with phone calls while I'm at work. I paid the settlement amount on the 24th of August please leave me alone and stop demanding more money on top of the settlement that I have already. This is exhausting I never want to deal with this company anymore.
