Delay in paid up letter messing up my life
I fail to understand why is it so difficult to get a paid up letter and close the account, after settling the loan, I've never been in arrears nor skipped a payment, it's now the 4th day waiting for the letter and this is delaying me. I've explained to the consultants why I urgently need the paid up letter.
