Debt that i know nothing about

I found out in my bank app n debt mandates that there is a finchoice debt that I know nothing about it. I never took a loan in my life , I asked them about it they told me it’s a system error . What confused me more is that I created account long time ago I even for fort my login details but it’s shows that debts was approved on the 3 of April this year. I am only asking them to remove that ****.#finchoice
