Debt not listed on the Credit Bureau

I am extremely disappointed in FinChoice and after numerous emails back and forth I have come to realize that their agents are not qualified to answer my questions they are also not able to provide me with contact details of somebody that could assist me with the correct information.

I wanted to consolidate my debt and my Bank was more than willing to assist me with one loan at a decent interest rate until they could not find my FinChoice debt on the Bureau. I have given them an account statement from FinChoice but they say if it does not correspond with what is on the Bereau they are not able to assist me.

Please FinChoice KINDLY RESPOND TO MY EMAILS IN A PROFESSIONAL WAY and give me an explanation for my current situation.
