Debt Collector Harassment
GOOD DAY. I would not urge anybody to take up a loan with this company, as their debt collectors do capture payment arrangements, however, they harrass you everyday, up to three times a day. This is in fact a ******** offense and my legal team will be in contact with this ******** organization.

Please have an apology ready as I will be playing recordings of extremely rude FinChoice agents. This just goes to show the level of incompetency of your business. The agent, spoke to my son, without confirming his ID number (he is 9 years old). The lady started telling my boy that he should't spend money he doesn't have. Do you people harass minors now? He was in tears. In South - Africa, it is ******* to abuse children. ****** alos, is *******. We are looking for the agent that done this, we need her details, we'd like to make a ******** case as well.
