DEBIT ORDER WITHOUT MY WILL

Yesterday I attempted to opdm a loan account and gave that lady who was assisting me my details. By the way the lady was rude over the phone.

So I gave her all my details required and when she was busy reading mandate, she told me of an amount that will be deducted monthly which was R700 something monthly for 6 months.

Then at the end of our conversation where she was suppose to send me a notification on my app to agree to the mandate. I noticed the amount was different, it was R1600 something that she arranged on monthly basis.

I then told her that I am canceling the agreement and I can't accept the Debi check mandate on my app. Immediately she dropped the call on me.

That happened yesterday the 22nd of April, so today morning I got Capitec notification on my phone that the Debi Check mandate has been accepted for a debit order to go through on the last day of the month with the amount of R1600 something .

Who accepted it?
