Debit order which i dont even have credit with finchoice

I received a debit order mandate from finchoice and i dont owe you.i dont even have loan with you .i tried to call you.i didn't get help please withdraw your debit order that is sent to my account. Send the debit cancelation to nedbank. I went to bank they said i must communicate with you but you dont pick up my call . I am requesting you to cancel you debit before u still my money .
