Debit for both mobimoney and loan went off yet the system is saying im in arrears. Called the call centre so many times every person had something different to say. Last feedback was that the debits went off but the system must still be updated which does
Definitely would not recommend finchoice

28 Jan 2022, 22:46Please look into this and get it sorted. Its unfair that im being penalised for this. The funds qas available for the debit order to go off. Ive accepted both debit mandates, have i not followed up as to why thr 12 month loan debit order has not gone off i would never had know there was a problem. Now no mobimoney offers are availlable and the status is showing account in arrears which is unfair as this was not a error on my side and i have proof that ive accepted the debit mandates for the 12 month loan twice on my side.
This is unacceptable no wonder your ratings for all the reviews are so low.
