Debit b4 actual date and pathetic service

I took a loan from finchoice and the 1st debit order was for the 27th. However the debit was done on the 21st. I called and spoke to Bongi nkosi n he muttered about the Friday before cos of public holidays. I asked him who gave him permission n why must I pay the bank charges for a rejected debit cos of their stupidness n he slammed the phone down. I called back and spoke to Nicole in the loans department and as soon as I asked her the same question - she also slammed the phone down. They forget that by us taking loans then they have a job. Never again will I deal with these I considerate n impolite n pathetic people
