Debicheck Mandate submitted to bank but no funds of loan ????

my husband app**** for a loan...was approved...debicheck mandate was already scheduled with the bank...and he accepted ...yet you want documents? he submitted his documents online ..it still is stuck in review....but no funds...what ****ty service! I swear if you attempt to debit the bank account I will go viral with this complaint. you can't submit a debicheck and not transfer the funds ..what clown behaviour is this?

We want to know what is happening with the application or where is the approved funding
