Debicheck mandate not sent but expecting me to accept it

I did a R4000 emergency loan with finchoice and it they send me mandate to accept debicheck which didn't send to my bank to accept

I went to the bank to help me and check if the issue is on their side and they say finchoice didn't sent the mandate.

I need to accept it so they can send through the funds. Also they are sending me SMSes that they cancelled the application because I didn't accept the debicheck.

How do I accept debicheck which wasn't send through to my bank?

Can it be resent to me please so we resolve this. I'm waiting...
