This company is *****ed, they make sure that you can't get hold of them the easy way, they received emails from people to cancel funeral policies from people who did'nt know how to cancel, they send you cancellation confirmation and then still debit you premiums. You request a settlement and pay the settlement the same day and still give you an outstanding amount, this companies doors should be closed they abusing there Trading License and letting people deeper into debt, they are the reason people getting onto the Blacklist.
