Credit Report destroying my credit reputation

<p>I am listed at arrears for November and December,while I have actually made a payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>And I have requested Finchoice many times to rectify that,to date it's still listed as arrears, and I hv bin declined for car finance due to that.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am scared, I will not be able to apply for jobs as well since I am a finance person, credit check is done before recruiting.</p> <p> </p> <p>But why is Finchoice destroying their customers like that, when will this matter be rectified, ca n somebody please assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>If not, I will have to take this matter to the Ombudsman.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very disturbed and would not advice anyone to ever take credit with Finchoice. So unprofessional!</p>
