CREDIT BUREAUS NOT UPDATED FOR OVER 1 YEAR
I have a very bad experience with Finchoice. I paid up my loan account March 2018.. It now June 2019 but it still showing on my credit record as an unpaid loan. Can you believe that after 1 year 3 months they haven't updated ITC. I have tried all my level best to remove it but i dont have access to all the bureaus. I've been calling them since last year they told me I must remove it myself, as if credit bureaus should be updated my be personally. I've never had such a bad customer service experience. All i want from them is to update their books.
