Credit Bureaus not updated

I have paid my Finchoice account infull and received my paid up letter but still the account shows as open and with and outstanding amount with, Transunion, Experian, XDS and Compuscan.

I have send emails several time for more than a month now already.

If you owe money you are quick to phone and send sms or hand you over why must i struggle so. This accounts were part of my debt review. The debt review company send you the clearance certificate already and also instructed you to update the credit bureaus.
