Continuous Harassment after empty promises

On 2 July 2015 Finchoice responded to a complaint and thereafter contacted me. The person that phoned me promised to remove my number from their system as their consultants is daily harassing me without reason looking for a person I do not know. <br> <br> Unfortunately this has been just an empty promise and hot air as the harassment is continueing throughout the day on several occasions.<br> <br> On 20 July they again responded saying management will contact me to sort it out. <br> <br> This time Management didn't even bother to contact me and the harassment is continuing several times on a daily basis.<br> <br> I ask, once again, what can I do to prevent this calling to my PRIVATE number. <br> <br> You do not have to reply with the \We are truly sorry bla bla bla"- please sort it out and get this number removed before I have to take all this correspondence and start legal action against Finchoice. It is becoming unbearable. <br> <br> Please advise.<br> """
