Continuing emails from FinChoice

The company Finchoice (and Homechoice) has been sending me adverts in my email inbox for years now. I have continually clicked the unsubscribe button, but the emails keep coming. I have also phoned their call centre three times to have my email address removed from their list, but yet I keep on getting them. Is there any way I can take legal action against this company? I never gave them my details and want nothing to do with them. Can someone please help??
