Completely disgusted and dissatisfied

They're the biggest ***** i have ever met in the loans facilities,i took a loan with them and they sent me my monthly statements as they always do on monthly basis,i called today to ask for accounts to settle my balance and the balance they told me about was higher than the one on my statement and they added R350 on my loan amount just for sending the loaned money to my account, the balances are increasing monthly by a R100,i will settle their amount but will never recommend anyone to use this loan facility and i my self will never use them no matter how desperatei may be, im so disgusted now,they even raised my settlement amount just because i want to settle it at once.even the interests are way too higher than the ones they advertised
