Complaint

I got to join debt review in November 2023, and finchoice did not deduct during December 2023 and January2024 they deducted, they advised me to write an email and they will refund me by 30th of January 2023 which is a Tuesday or Thursday when they usually make payments, here is the reference of the email I was given ***. but till to date I'm inconvenienced by them with other payments such as my child's school fees.
