Complaint

<p>I was called by a lady named Phakama from Finchoice loan department. When i picked up the call she was laughing so loud and i waited until she finished then i asked her if thats a professional way to speak to a person, she yelled at me telling me am i not happy to be serviced by someone in a good mood. According to me this was such a pathetic excuse which has no explanation but a very rude ill mannered sales person who doesnt care of her company's image</p>
