Close both my homechoice and finchoice accounts

my id number is ***, i have called homechoice to close my account with them reason being someone bought goods on my account fradulantly and i dont want to risk my credit profile because of the unsafe company like homechoice, cause i suspect it is internal people who do this *****s on our account i want to close this account because i want nothing to do with such company but they are refusing to close this account. isnt consumer's right to close the account if they dont need the account anymore? not happy with homechoice and finchoice anymore so i rather close all my accounts with them, finchoice i have been trying to update my cell phone number since July this year uptodate still not updated so i rather close this account as well cause i might have another ***** issue again since they close my case without updating my phone number i dont know what is happening behind the doors so i rather be safe than sorrty especially with the ********** issue i had with home choice i dont trust both of them now
