charges interest because they debit twice the installment and i reversed the extra installment

17/12/2016 you debit double the installment on my account i went to bank and reverse my money back .i ask to speak to the manager or team leader the consultant hang up the phone on my ear. only to find out that u have charged me reversal that i did on which was FINCHOICE mistake to debit 2 installments same day now i must pay R 1002 interest

what you are doing is called ***** i just spoke with the consultant she told that is the interest of me reversing the money back as it was double debited.you need to sort out your issue how can a person be charged interest of reversing money which was debited twice.i only notice now as i am left with 2 month to finish the loan but the amount is more than the outstanding installments.
