Can't reduce high installment

I am a client of Finchoice recently experienced financial challenges which forced me to request installment or monthly payment reduction for 2 month to resolve my financial situation, and their answer was no and that they cannot be able to assist me.it is the first time I missed payment and the first time i made this kind of a request to them. "The when days are dark" became a reality. I find it to be bad treatment to customers who want to pay their debt but in financial difficulties.

You are only good to them only when you can.
