Cancelled Policy ! REFUND
On the 23rd of July I cancelled my funeral policy, EVERYTIME I phone I get asked if a consultant has phone me back to verify the cancellation. On Friday 7 August I was told my query would be escalated. On the 8the of August I received an SMS stating that my querie has been resolved???? REALLY??? Did you refund?? Very quick to follow up on paymnets but very poor service on cancelling! WHY??
