<p>Loan application cancelled and now they are hounding me for money. Had 2 phone calls again today. Sort out your admin. It was cancelled !!!</p>

NO ONE IS LOOKING INTO THIS AS I WAS JUST PHONED AGAIN. MY 3RD COMPLAINT ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE AND STILL NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT. MY NEXT EMAIL WILL BE TO THE CONSUMER COUNCIL. YOU PEOPLE ARE PATHETIC WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE
