Cancelled Application

I was assured that the debit order mandate would be removed from my account within 48 hours. However, despite this commitment, the mandate is still active. This delay raises serious concerns about the integrity of the process. It is precisely for this reason that I stated the company needs to be reported their actions suggest an attempt to ********ly retain access to our funds.
