Can I have my refund urgently please
I have paid extra two installments in 2017/2018 and I am still waiting to be refunded to this day. May I kindly get my refund urgently please

23 Feb 2024, 15:44I got na emial after 13:00 from aperson called 'remi'and I responded as soon as I received the email. I missed their call because I was on a virtual meeting. At 15:30 concerned that this matter will not be resolved today, I called you useless contact centre only to be met by some stupid fool who refused to give me his name. I have sent my banking details to this 'remi'at 14:21 but I have not even had an ackoldgement and I am concenred that I am back where I was. The reason I decided to pursue this over five years outstanding refund this way, is because of the pain one had to go through with the contact centre. Can I get my refund today please. I want my money now
