Calls every single day even after payment arrangement
I am in arrears with them and they called and i made an areangement and this was a week or two ago. Now they call me EVERY SINGLE DAY . MY LIFE IS HELL BECOS OF FINCHOICE. I TALK TO ONE PERSON THEN ANOTHER CALLS. HOW UNPROFFESSIONAL ARE U GUYS

Cos all the other consultants were not rude when I asked them if they are going to call me every single day. I have to answer the phone now and let them talk to themselves cos I’ve never heard of making payment arrangements every single day. This is ridiculous guys please do something about it
